Instructions for sending a Model:

• • Send us your model, and RX.
  • For post dams on MX designs, please carve a groove in the stone model.
  • Digital RX Pad available at the bottom of this page.
  • Send your case to our address. Purolator preferred.
  • Our typical turn-around is 7 days.

Instructions for sending an STL File:

• • Send us your  STL or OBJ file via Drop Box.  (Email us for our Drop Box details.)
  • Download a Prescription Pad at the bottom of this page. Indicate any special instructions and when you need the framework. 
  • Our typical turn-around is 7 days.

Once we receive the model or file :

• • We survey the model and ensure only the last 30 percent of the clasps will engage unless otherwise specified.
  • When your design is complete our design team will email you pictures of the 3D design.
  • Once milled, we will ship it to your address via Purolator Express. We charge a $30 fee for next day express shipping.
